NICE! We just saw a GTI on the road the other day and I pointed out how much I like those cars. I drove a VW Golf 5 spd hatchback in college. that was an awesome little fun car to drive. lots of good memories inthat car.

My neighborhood looks much nicer in the flesh than in the low-rez Google Maps pics. My neighbor does need to re-pave his drive though. Most of this area is pre-WWI.

Thanks. I wanted a red one, but the dealer couldn't find a red GTI with manual transmission within 600 miles, so I settled for a car they had on the lot.

I thought I'd be over it, but now every time I see a red GTI I wish I had waited.

i drive round trip 90miles to work everyday in my 3/4ton diesel. it sucks, i spend roughly 550-600bones a month in fuel.

i've stop using cruise control as much b/c it hurts mileage.

i've found a $1000beater i'm going to pick up as a dd to work.
