Yea I agree with the mass loss with keto but what you gain is tight lean muscle which is harder to gain. My last pin was in November and I don't plan on pinning again for prob another 6 months due to polygraphs I have to take. I had to switch my whole diet around and gained a lot of bf from eating like I was still on.
