I have a couple. I love training delts and back. I never used to have delts a couple of years ago and I've trained them hard and heavy and now I finally have a little cap. :) Back because I think it is one of my better body parts for bb'ing.
 
Defintely legs and glutes. It's satisfying.
 
Legs/glutes......and shoulders. I have to be careful to not overtrain those.....since they are my favorites. I would have leg day every day if I could.....lol!
 
For me, it seem to change over the years. My current faves are chest and lats, probably because this is the first time I've given these areas so much attention, and the changes and development are very noticeable to me.

Delts come in at a close second though!
 
Hate to feel/sound like I'm a bodybuilding cliche here...buuuut I'd have to say Biceps and Shoulders are without a DOUBT my favorite. :)
 
I love my biceps. I tend to get comments when I curl and that makes me feel good. I also love training back.

Have a love/hate relationship with my legs. I only love them when I'm done.

I'd have to say Delts and Back! :p my legs are solid enough as is from horseback riding so I don't get much satisfaction there anymore.. but when I see the striations in my delts in the middle of a set it's like an adrenaline boots to push even harder!
 
I'm an utter cliche: biceps and chest. Left to my own devices I'd do nothing but bench presses and barbell curls ... makes me feel macho :lmao:
