What is your ONE STAPLE SUPP?

Would have to go with NTBM gear. I take around 20 pills a day. I love the stuff. I take 4 pre and 4 post workout the rest I take with meals. Or between meals ifni can't eat when I want to
 
I would have to say a multi-vitamin/mineral. And I'd put that above protein, too, since I could get that from whole food sources without supplementing, if necessary (though it would be a total pain to eat that much). I eat clean, but I don't eat as wide of a variety of foods as I would need to get all the vitamins and minerals in. Living alone is a big part of it, too, because cooking for one is a pain, so I usually just go simple and not very exotic. I've had blood tests showing certain things low out of range, so I can't imagine what they'd be without the multi; if others might be low, too, if those that are low would be worse, etc.
 
a few ways to dose the product.

1. Take it 1 cap morning noon and night 30 mins before meals. This keeps a constant study level and for me this is how I does it. This is also how I advice everyone to use it for their first time..

2. Keto diet.... Many people use it 1-2 caps before fasted cardio and or 1-2 caps 30 mins before any carb meals or re feed meals.

3. 2 caps before breafest (normally a carb heavy meal) and 2 caps before pre work our meal or 2 caps before post work out meal.

I am sure there is other ways of dosing it and to be honest Russian star is the designer and real master mind behind this product not me. He game me the formula and all I did was add good amount of NaR-ALA to it...Which I new would round out the formula and make it the best damn nutrition practitioner product ever..

NaR-ALA is a sodium-bonded version of R- Alpha lipoic acid. Alpha lipoic acid is an anti-oxidant (4) that speeds the removal of carbohydrates (sugar) from the blood, and breaks down sugar and triglycerides for the production of Adenosine TriPhosphate. It also stimulates insulin signaling which supports glucose uptake by muscles as well as the metabolism of triglycerides by muscles. (5). These properties can shift the body’s focus from storing carbohydrates as body fat, and instead, uses it for muscle-building energy.

So going by suggestion #3 I assume that would be the procedure closest to using it in the way you might use real slin?
 
its so hard to just pick one!! i love it when everyone posts 2 or 3... i know its tough! i wanted to write a f'ing list full of them... I think that there are a few we should always have on hand...

now as far as always having things like ph's, ass, etc... i think forma stanzol is so important to always have in the cupboard... i ALWAYS have that with me...

I am stacking Gear and need2slin currently, I like them both...it has been a little over 3 weeks since I started, I am leaning out but my muscle are full...I take 4 need2slin ED, and 10 Gear ED spread out, sweet combo.
