what is the ratio for proteinfactory ingredeants/water/milk???

I got 3lbs to see how good this company is...and what I have smells great, but I just tried making it, and I flopped! what is the ratio of scoops to water? or milk? also what is a scoop?? (meaning tbl spoon/1/2 cup? so on) in my order they gave me what the nutritional facts are...but left out one thing...lol..the way to make it..

What type of protein? Milk isolate require more water than whey, for example.
