What is the Proper Dosing for Nolvadex to Stop Gyno and Stop Bloat? While on Tren E and Test E?

I always run an AI when taking test and I've never run a cycle without test so I guess I always run an AI on cycle.

.

I'm going to start running CyoGenX all year round...but honestly, that's only because it's very healthy to run on a cycle, and not just an AI. If I weren't using that, wouldn't recommend an AI unless necessary. Running an AI as a preventative is like taking an aspirin to prevent headaches...

Lowering estrogen isn't too hot of an idea, in general.

For those who know they have a high aromatase expression it is necessary. I'd rather not wait for the crankiness, hot flashes, itchy nips, nose bleeds and bloating when they can be simply averted with an AI from day 1.

As ever, the standard disclaimer, we're all different when it comes to AI needs. Taking oestrogen too low is a bad idea but keeping it under control is a good idea.

Point taken. You didn't really mention that previously...i.e. that you don't just take an AI, but rather have previously established a need for one.

My HRT doc calls me a low aromatizer, actually....I never get issues with Aromatization. I don't know why you would get some of those symptoms (crankiness & nosebleeds ?) from estrogen, but if an AI prevents them, then go for it.

I've noted a consistent correlation between being lax with my AI usage and being more prone to irritation over minor matters. I'm oldish and with highish BF, each indicators for higher aromatization levels.

Actually, there was a thread on here a couple of days ago from a guy who was youngish and aborted a reasonably low-dose cycle after three weeks due to what seemed high oestrogen. He was running no AI.

Everyone really needs to ascertain their own AI requirements and I know of guys who claim to run of the order of two grams of test per week and don't seem to need an AI.

That has been my concern for my 1st cycle all along...whether or not I NEED certain things. How do I know if I'm a "low aromatizer"? I just started my 10wk 250mg test e cycle yesterday and I was planning on taking Aromasin 20mg EOD. Should I wait to see or just take it?

I share your concerns, Stallbro. I guess just going with no AI until you get mild symptoms and then running AI is the way to find out...

I'll be keeping my nolva ready if my nipples decide to act up. The both of us have low dosages though, so I'm not sure running an AI from the get go is necessary...

Disclaimer: I am an utter newbie to aas usage, I've done research, but have no first hand knowledge.
