I believe one of the criteria is knowing that the word "criteria" is, in fact, plural. The singular form of the word is "criterion." Thus, your question would have been correctly phrased, "What are the criteria for [becoming] an Elite Mentor?" Note the same rule applies to the word "data" whose singular form is "datum." So, no elite mentor for you. Besides, I think all of those condescending, shit-bag anti-religion threads you and certain others are infamous for should categorically exclude you and similar persons from all such positions.
