What is the big deal about Prolab N Large 2 Protein Powder?

I used it during my first cycle of Deca/Test Cyp and I gained 30lbs, there is a lot of sugar in it but I was careful to count the carbs in it before I started chugging it all day long.

Don't listen to the recommended serving, thats bullshit, I used 2 scoops with milk with every meal, it provides a good 300-400 calories if you have trouble chowing down 4000 a day like me.

I think it's a great product, RugbyNut

I'll tell everyone a little secret, wanna hear? This is gonna be the best tasting protein shake you will ever drink:

First you need some kind of whey, any kind. I usually go with unflavored from allthewhey.com but I am sure it will taste good with a chocolate one too. Just pick a good quality cheap protein.

Next step is put it in a blender and add:

banana
penut butter
oats
milk
flax seed oil or virgin oil (if you want some extra calories)

You can use as much or as little of each as you want, it will be the best tasting shake you have ever tasted and will put on the lbs on you real fast. It's better tasting and cheaper than N large.

These are the amounts I use when I am bulking:

4 scoops of whey
1 cup of oats
2 bananas
2 LARGE table spoons of penut butter, comes to maybe 3servings
2 glasses of milk

This comes out to around 2000calories. Just sip it throughout the day along with the rest of your food. It's actually very cheap so you don't have to worry much. Can easilly take the amount of protein you want.

It won't substitute real food, but it's a good alternative if you wanna eat 4000-6000calories.

While cutting, this is how I make the shake:

4-6 scoops whey
1 banana
1 serving penut butter
2 glasses of water

These taste better than any shake i've tried and much cheaper, too. Have to give credit to polishhammer1977 cause he gave me the ideas. :D

The blender is a wonderful thing. My protein shakes started tasting much better ever since i've been using one. :)

thats exactly the way i've been doing it lol! sometimes i like to add a pack of that low sugar hot chocolate mix, or sometimes some cinnimon or nutmeg. helps change the taste of it up a bit - give yourself a little variety and you'll be able to acutally "enjoy" them longer

Thanks bro, i'll give it a try sometime. :)

I forgot to say that this is what I drink in the mornings.

2scoops protein powder (unflavored)
1 tea spoon of coffee
artificial sweetener

Add some ice to it, and you have a very good tasting iced protein coffee. :D

BTW, there are so many combinations of good tasting protein drinks that it's riddiculous. I'll never buy those brand name protein powders again. What a waste of money!

You can search online and find a bunch of sites with recepies.

Another one I like is hot mint chocolate:

Add some chocolate whey, mint syrup, and boiled water. Tastes amazing. Only thing is, I think the mint has a lot of sugars in it, so you may wanna stay away from it while dieting.

Right, and how do you know you are getting what they really tell you on the label?? Stick to reputable companies... Not the 20lb jug of protein for $5

I personally like NLarge2. I take 2 scoops of Wildberry with 2 scoops of EAS Vanilla Cream and 1 scoop of Champion Creatine Island Punch with water. Excellent taste!!

Yep, I've been making shakes with PB and bananas for a while now. They're delicious. I just haven't bothered with the oats.

I may be wrong, but I think they were tasted too. If I take too much of it I get gas, just like any other protein powder. Seems good to me.

The more famous brands always add stuff into it and jack up the price. All I need is plain protein. :)

I hate eating plain oatmeal, but when I add it in my shakes the taste goes away. I like the oatmeal with the added sugars, but rather not eat that cause of the sugars. :)
