It all depends on what you're trying to do. On a bulking phase like I'm on now, NLarge works for getting in all the protein, carbs and calories you need for a bulking phase. For cutting I'll go to something like Lean Mass Matrix. It may have whey protein concentrate but so do most powders. All the talk from manufacturers about pure whey isolate is all markeintg hype to take your money. At the end of the day, as long as I get in my full amount of protein that's what matters. I worry about getting high quality protein from real foods like chicken and steak. From my experience Prolab is one of the more reputable companies out there. Protein powders is mostly a matter of preference, what works for one person may not work for others.
