Is german creatine the best. What forms of creatine are the most effective(powder, pills, mixed drinks).

Make sure its micronized. I like AST's alot.

i used EAS with awesome results. damn it though... a few weeks after stopping it the 'thicker' appearance vanished.

Dymatize has some pretty good creatine. Just has a lot of Dextrose, suger in it.
