What is that thing called for deadlifts?

That tool that props the bar up so you can load/unload plates easily? My twinkie gym actually has a deadlift platform but no helper tool so I'm trying to get them to buy one.

I have seen several people there besides myself who are using the platform so I might have a shot at getting them to purchase this thing, if it's not too expensive and I can figure out exactly what it's called.
