what is puffy nips

i had gyno surgically removed 2 years ago, i no longer have gyno buy my nips are puffy. it isnt fat bc oi used pgf to get rid of that fat. and yohimburn and i am ripped rightnow. but my nips are still puffy and nothing helps. what exactly is puffy nips and what can be done to help.

i have the same thing and i thought it was an estrogen rebound from my last cycle. i'd also like to know how to lose it w/o an all out cutting cycle since i'm not heavy enought in my opinion to even do a cut cycle

did doc remove glands, or just the lumps? Usually estrogen related fat/ water results in puffiness. Could be something else. sometimes when im dieting for a show the last fat to leave is chest and glutes. i have to get to 4/5% to have no chest fat or water under nips. im 8% right now and have striations deep in my chest but nipple area still has fat

I have the same problem , it is LOOSE SKIN , it will adjust with time and also make sure you make your pecs GROW A LOT , it will help

there has to be something i can do to help get my nips normal. the puffiness makes my chest look undefined.
