What is on Ruhl's shoulder??

Has anyone seen Ruhl's left shoulder if I'm not mistaken.......Looks like a burn or scar or something. Just wondering if anyone had a clue to what it was.

I know he had a bad shoulder injury a while ago, possibly its from that.

I am not sure but it looks like a scare to me? I don't think that its a burn but you never know? Heck he might of had a bad Tattoo removal.

everyone accuses him of having synthol shoulders. however i believe they are uninformed, synthol does not produce nice round bulging shoulders like that, so i think its safe to say its from a prior surgery. didnt he duck out of the olympia a few years back because of this?

Scar is from injury when he was youger.

Yeah, he said in a magazine, that, when he helped a friend moving from home, a rusty nail hits into his shoulder and he became an infect. But for me it looks like after an abscess surgery...
