What is on Ruhl's shoulder??

Has anyone seen Ruhl's left shoulder if I'm not mistaken.......Looks like a burn or scar or something. Just wondering if anyone had a clue to what it was.

everyone accuses him of having synthol shoulders. however i believe they are uninformed, synthol does not produce nice round bulging shoulders like that, so i think its safe to say its from a prior surgery. didnt he duck out of the olympia a few years back because of this?

Yeah, he said in a magazine, that, when he helped a friend moving from home, a rusty nail hits into his shoulder and he became an infect. But for me it looks like after an abscess surgery...

Ruhl is abnormally Huge! Prime candidate for freakiest physique! I have only seen the previews for his newest video but I think its hilarious when he is in the grocery store and that girl in the background is staring with her mouth on the floor!

Markus Ruhl is an amazing bodybuilder, sure he probably pumped with synthol, but the synthol isn't going to make him lift heavier weights. If you see any pics of the other synthol abuser Greg Valentino, he is curling a 55 lb. dumbbell. I think he painted on that "55" and scratched off the "35"...
