You need more fat in your diet. Throw in a can of coconut milk in one of your shakes. That's like an extra 650 calories (or more depending on brand), and not likely to be stored as bodyfat. Like Madcow said, forget egg whites, just eat the whole thing. The yolk has lots of nutrients like retinol and B12 that are needed to aid protein synthesis.
