What is my DEAL?!?!

You need more fat in your diet. Throw in a can of coconut milk in one of your shakes. That's like an extra 650 calories (or more depending on brand), and not likely to be stored as bodyfat. Like Madcow said, forget egg whites, just eat the whole thing. The yolk has lots of nutrients like retinol and B12 that are needed to aid protein synthesis.

looks to be about 22g of protein

chicken eggs average about 6g of per egg white....so im guessing 20g of protein which crazy low....

eat a minum of 6 whites per morning along with atleast 2 yolks....thats if you dont eat sausage with breakfast bro....if only eggs eat 8-10 ...also throw in a starch like oatmeal.....remember anything eatin for breakfast is most likely going to be burnt off during the day

...and like everyone else says...stop eating like a pussy....if you're trying to gain weight dont be afraid to eat fat and definatly dont be a afraid of protein and carbs
 
R u getting any bigger? Do you notice any difference in your body? Do others notice deiiference in your body? If you answered yes to most of these then you are ok. Sometimes the weight may not fly on, but your body fat percentage should be dropping. You should start to see more ab and become a little more defined, not john basedow style, but you get the picture. withing the next week or two you will start to build more mass and go up in weight. You'll be ok. And if its your first cycle you may only gain 10 pounds or so. Some people reactdifferent to different gear. Your only running prop???, dont expect huge gains.

All I'm going off of, is what is stated on the package. It's not like I just ate 2 eggs and that's all and said I got 70g of protein. I ate bread, cereal, eggs, peanut butter.......all of that combined from what I added was around 72g. If the guys in here that posted, stop being a pussy and what the fuck and all this stuff think I'm whining......I'm not. I just want to know what the deal is and why I'm not growing. Thx for the ones who actually posted positive info instead of, stop whining and eat and shut the fuck up and shit like that.
 
you are mistaken, son. The most useful advice you got was to shut the fuck up and eat.

Or as another guy put it, you are making this too difficult. Any adrogen receptor agonist, like prop, can be an extreme cutter. What makes it mass acquiring instead of muscle sparing is a sheer caloric excess.

If you refuse to change your behavior when it's not working, and yet continue to complain about the results, then, yes, you are whining.

Yu are being flamed cause you posted a meal that does not equate to 72 g of protein.....from the foods you listed, you'd need about a dozen eggs or a half dozen and 3-4tb of peanut butter........now here's what I want you to do...listen carefully....if you want help, list your complete daily diet....don't just say some eggs some bread, some pb, etc....list it!

1tb of pb
1 pc of bread..........got-it?

Here's your problem, if you're smart, which I think you are, dont shop at GNC. It's 50%more expensive than if you were to buy online. So quit going there.
