If you don't have enough money your not gonna grow either dude unless you go to mcdonalds, but this is terrible advice because you may gain 10lbs of muscle but you will definitely gain 10+lbs of fat in 8 weeks. I have a super clean diet. I wouldn't say its that healthy because I am not eating veggis and that sort of thing but its just for my cycle. A lot of people probably couldn't follow it but I can just fine. Here it is:
Meal 1:
1 carton of liquid egg whites (50g pro)
1.5 cups of Plain Oatmeal w/ splenda & Cinnamon (75g carbs)
6 onces of OJ (15g carbs)
Meal 2:
1 chicken breast (40g pro)
1 scoop of egg protein (22g pro)
8 ounces of skim milk (10g carbs, 7g pro)
2 sweet potatoes (60g carbs)
1 Tbsp olive oil (15g fat)
Meal 3:
1 Can of Tuna (35g pro)
2 Tbsp's Salsa (5g carbs)
1 scoop egg protein (22g pro)
1 cup brown rice (60g carbs)
1tbsp Olive oil (15g fat)
Meal 4:
1.5 Chicken Breast (60g pro)
1.5 cups of oatmeal (75g carbs)
Meal 5: Post Work out shake
50g pro
75g carbs
Meal 6:
1 can of Tuna ( 35g pro)
1 chicken breast (40g pro)
2 Tbsp of salsa (5g carbs)
1 cup brown rice or 1 cup wheat pasta (Abought 70g carbs)
Meal 7:
1 chicken breast (40g pro)
1 scoop of egg pro (22g pro)
1 Tbsp flax oil or 1/4 cups of nuts (10-20g fat)
5g fish oil (5g fat)
Total:
423g protein
430g carbs
50g fat
= 3862 Calories
Now this is is a rough estimate. It only takes into account "COMPLETE PROTEINS (=lacking some of the essential amino acids)", mean ing protein from vegetables and nuts <DO NOT> Count! For instance Oatmeal has 5g of protein per 1/2 cup however oats are a vegetable and therefore the protein is INCOMPLETE. Your body can not use incomplete protein. Also all the excess calories are not totalled like 2g of carbs per scoop of egg protein etc, etc.
I am not trying to gain the most I possibly can. I am not a bodybuilder and therefore I am trying to gain as little fat as I possible can, and this is the reason why I am taking in a small amount of Fats although i am getting in EFA's that my body needs.
All this food is costing a shitload of money. 5 times the price of the AAS's but you can not grow without eating excess calories! You really need to do research/ not to be a dick but you obvioudly have no idea about diet and you don;t belong using AAS's until you know what you should because your wasting your time and money.
