looks to be about 22g of protein

chicken eggs average about 6g of per egg white....so im guessing 20g of protein which crazy low....

eat a minum of 6 whites per morning along with atleast 2 yolks....thats if you dont eat sausage with breakfast bro....if only eggs eat 8-10 ...also throw in a starch like oatmeal.....remember anything eatin for breakfast is most likely going to be burnt off during the day

...and like everyone else says...stop eating like a pussy....if you're trying to gain weight dont be afraid to eat fat and definatly dont be a afraid of protein and carbs
Dude, it's 6g of protein per whole egg, not just egg white, the yoke has half and egg white has half. He should eat 10 egg whites per meal, that would make 30g of protein from egg whites. Also, sardines are cheap as hell at the store, stack up on those.

Here's an idea - if you have trouble gaining weight - EAT. Eat a lot. Don't worry about stupid crap like egg whites. Make sure you get protein in every meal and pound some food. If that's a few McDonalds Big Macs and a protein shake so be it. Obviously, you'd like to eat as clean as possible but it's really hard to eat a ton of super clean food every day and grow. If you are very lean with a fast metabolism, just forget all the BS and start stuffing your face with food. If you start to get fat, scale it back a bit. You are lean because you don't have an excess of calories in your diet (you don't consume enough). How are you going to add muscle without excess calories? Forget the 2 egg whites and pound some real food down - like 5 whole eggs. You are making this wayyyyy too hard. Eat like no tomorrow. Eat everything in site. Buy a protein supplement, nothing wrong with that, and then EAT EAT EAT.

very nicely said ya i wouldn't worry about eating so clean for bulking you can clean up very nice for cutting good luck..

anyone that suggests you spend more time at McDonalds is forgetting the health aspect of bodybuilding. Just do what you can in all regards, without becoming a grotesque caricature (eating at McDonalds so you can "bulk up"). If you want to cheat, cheat at home where you know what you're adding to your food. At the end of the day you will know you were honest. Also, you may need to up your dosage if you are only using prop. Pour some rum on that puppy. I'm sorry, that last part didn't make sense. Damn.

If anyone wants an easy to track their calories and macronutrient info a year or two back I made a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel to do this for me. If you've got Excel and would like a copy PM me your e-mail and I will get one out to you. It definately helps me throughout the day as I can look at it and know exactly where I am and where I need to be by the end of the day. My real gains didn't start until I starting doing this religiously.
