Ok I'm about fed up with this whole diet thing. I have been using Prop for almost 3 weeks now and I have LOST 3 to 4 lbs. I was 207 the other day and I weighed myself this morning and I'm only fucking 201 lbs! I've been training hard, and eating like a horse......Here is my diet plan----> Meal 1-Either 4 egg whites (1 yolk) scrambled with small bit of pepper and salt, piece of wheat bread with peanut butter(1 or 2) and glass of milk (2%). Meal 2-Either 2 pieces of chicken(tenders only not enough funds for the big breasts of chicken) or a lean burger with a piece of wheat toast soaked in extra virgin olive oil and a glass of milk(got the olive oil tip from a buddy, b/c it adds extra calories quickly) Meal 3-Either chicken and burger or both with baked potatoe with light butter, little pepper and salt, and glass of milk and sometimes a piece of wheat bread again soaked in the olive oil......Meal4 and 5 Usually end up at work and since I can't cook anything I bring chicken in wheat bread usually two sandwiches or today I had some left over gumbo (enough for two bowls) 1 every two hours at work. Meal 6-Home cooked meal, usually beef stew, fajhitas(spelling?) roast rice n gravy stuff like that....Meal 7-Either a couple burgers or some scambled eggs with a light topping of cheese(shredded) and also in between the meals I sometimes throw cereal in the mix to munch on something. I understand this is not the PERFECT DIET ok? Just let me know if it's enough and good enough to eat and gain while on Test Prop
