What is my DEAL?!?!

Ok I'm about fed up with this whole diet thing. I have been using Prop for almost 3 weeks now and I have LOST 3 to 4 lbs. I was 207 the other day and I weighed myself this morning and I'm only fucking 201 lbs! I've been training hard, and eating like a horse......Here is my diet plan----> Meal 1-Either 4 egg whites (1 yolk) scrambled with small bit of pepper and salt, piece of wheat bread with peanut butter(1 or 2) and glass of milk (2%). Meal 2-Either 2 pieces of chicken(tenders only not enough funds for the big breasts of chicken) or a lean burger with a piece of wheat toast soaked in extra virgin olive oil and a glass of milk(got the olive oil tip from a buddy, b/c it adds extra calories quickly) Meal 3-Either chicken and burger or both with baked potatoe with light butter, little pepper and salt, and glass of milk and sometimes a piece of wheat bread again soaked in the olive oil......Meal4 and 5 Usually end up at work and since I can't cook anything I bring chicken in wheat bread usually two sandwiches or today I had some left over gumbo (enough for two bowls) 1 every two hours at work. Meal 6-Home cooked meal, usually beef stew, fajhitas(spelling?) roast rice n gravy stuff like that....Meal 7-Either a couple burgers or some scambled eggs with a light topping of cheese(shredded) and also in between the meals I sometimes throw cereal in the mix to munch on something. I understand this is not the PERFECT DIET ok? Just let me know if it's enough and good enough to eat and gain while on Test Prop
 
Count your fucking calories.

Jeez, every day it's the same thing. You need to know your requirements and whether you are fulfilling them or not if you want to gain. There is no room for guessing. You wouldn't estimate how much gear your using per shot, would you?

Ok I just counted calories for my breakfast....2 egg whites, 4 pieces of wheat bread with peanut butter, and cereal........1360 cal/ 72g Protein.........I'm bulking and only bulking right now so I'm not worried about putting on a little extra fat but with my high metabolism I can't really gain easily. What is the best meal replacement out there? I like going to GNC but their fucking protein powder jugs are like 50 bucks a pop. Are there any meal replacement type deals you can get from there?
 
Here's an idea - if you have trouble gaining weight - EAT. Eat a lot. Don't worry about stupid crap like egg whites. Make sure you get protein in every meal and pound some food. If that's a few McDonalds Big Macs and a protein shake so be it. Obviously, you'd like to eat as clean as possible but it's really hard to eat a ton of super clean food every day and grow. If you are very lean with a fast metabolism, just forget all the BS and start stuffing your face with food. If you start to get fat, scale it back a bit. You are lean because you don't have an excess of calories in your diet (you don't consume enough). How are you going to add muscle without excess calories? Forget the 2 egg whites and pound some real food down - like 5 whole eggs. You are making this wayyyyy too hard. Eat like no tomorrow. Eat everything in site. Buy a protein supplement, nothing wrong with that, and then EAT EAT EAT.

There are a ton of factors involved here bro. Number 1 is that you're obviously burning more calories than you are taking in. Number 2 is that you're burning more calories than you are taking in. Number 3 is that you're burning more calories than you are taking in. Get the point?

It's not rocket science...you take in more calories than you burn and you gain weight. You burn more calories than you take in and you lose weight.

How much cardio are you doing? If it's more than 30 minutes 3x a week, cut back on it. Oh yeah...remember to eat...ALOT!

How'd you get 72 grams of protein from that? I wouldn't count protein from sources such as bread, grains, and peanut butter. Stick to the basics: eggs, meat, fish, tuna, milk. Load up on these foods, throw in some whey, and stone ground bread and you're set.

Shut up and go to McD's. I'm an ectomorph too (or at least was), just stuff your face with as much meat as possible. Bacon, fish, beef, chicken, eggs, pork, lamb -- that's breakfast :)

Just eat you pussy.

Like the man says, if (very unlikely) you start to get fat, you trim back.

I have a real hard time eating too, so I feel your pain. I schedule 6 meals a day and buy all the meat ahead of time.

A modest amount of beer (or if you are not adverse to it, marijuana) will stimulate the most resistant of appetites.
