What I wrote to Fox news O'Reily Factor.

I'm neither liberal or conservative. I don't need to pick a team to form my ideas. In general I think most politicians on both sides are self absorbed assholes. (That's why I like Arnold and Bloomberg. They're more concerned with leaving a legacy than towing party lines. I'd vote for that pres/VP ticket right now).

However, it isn't the fact that O'Reily is conservative (he is, but not radically so like Lindbugh or Hannity) it's that he's so freighteningly full of himself. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but no one is entitled to their own facts. When someone does that and has a pulpit from which to spew and has legions of followers -- I get a little nervous.

I am right with you on all this...he bloviates...as he puts it.......he has bloviated himself. I still like him though. Great with child protection laws. That alone puts him in my plus side of things.

Agreed. This is the one area where I part from my liberal friends. O'Reily's crusade for child protection laws is his redemption. I give him 100% respect for that.

But it's fair to say at this point that he won't be printing your letter and that's because, if you watch the "Reader Mail" segment, he never posts an oppossing viewpoint that is made in an intelligent manner. He does this to give the impression there is no "intelligent disagreement" to his stance. He wants only the stupid letters that he can shoot down.

To Bill O'Reily, every non-Christian, anti Bush, anti "drug war" person is a loony.
