What I wrote to Fox news O'Reily Factor.

There is a bias against body builders. That bias is that they are all muscle and no brains. It's very important that when you communicate your thoughts that you use proper English and don't use words that have the same sound as the word you want to use. for example the first thing I noticed was your use of the word "with" when you wanted "witch." This is a key stroke error but it shows that there was a lack of review before you sent the letter. The other word I noticed, which is much more egregious, is the use of the word "there" when one means to use "their". Remember you are writting to people that believe they are living in the real world.

The breaking of the stereotype that people that lift weights are not dumb idiots is really where the fight is. The reason that AAS is illegal is the powers that be think that you and I are to stupid to have control of our own lives. And if one does some historic research you will find that this is the very reason the the Democratic party supported slavery in the south and wanted to expand it to all of the nation. My reason for bring up the support of slavery by the Democratic party is to show that this problem is very long standing. So please when you write to someone of relative importance do a very good job in proof reading what you right so you don't feed into the stereotype of all muscles and no brains as you and I both know is not the case.

Absolutely true. These people make their living with words and can spot erroneous grammer and tend to ignore those who use it and view them as uneducated.

And not to be especially pedantic but the above sentence should read; "...you are writing (one T) to people WHO believe..."

only time i watch FOX is local news at 10pm for the weather the next day. Heck some of the time they even get the forecast wrong!!

It must be made with the backing of doctors. They are the only experts that the public will listen to.

Congress didn't listen to them 20 years ago, and the climate has changed. The DEA once protested against them being criminalised - a far cry from this...

"Payne said the DEA has long known the possible side effects of steroid abuse and that is why it focuses on taking illegal traffickers off the street.

"It's a message we have to keep pounding away at," he said

It will NEVER change, it's gone too far to the dark side to ever be discussed rationally.

which is why if you's dream of voting for Biden and use AAS, you're a fucking douche :)

I hope nobody is actually going to fox news to get their news in the first place. If you want to be misinformed that is the first channel to check out. Nothing but conservative opinions and viewpoints, and perish the thought you would have a dissenting opinion.

That was the AMA's recommendation to the government. I'm talking about the news media referring toa "reliable" source. It sure ain't gonna come from some guy who uses sterods and says he's fine. But if a doctor said the dangers are exagerated, it may get some cred.

Quad - you'd do better to just let sleeping dogs lie.

1st the longer the story stays in the news the worse it is for us.

2nd do you really think you'll come out on top if you get on the show? he badgers, cheap shots, talks over you, cuts your mic, etc and by the end his mouth breather audience will be more convinced that steroids are the most evil things ever. your facts notwithstanding.

3rd FOX cant give you any gaurantees about prosecution. If they get served for contact info, you think O'Riely will go to jail to sheild you as a news source?

I have to interject here that this has nothing to do with politics...well actually it does but I do watch Fox most time because I do like their conservative point of view in most cases...not all but most. I feel most news media is way left wing and spout drivel. Fox maintains they do not cover our soldiers deaths in Iraq. all the time because they feel it serves the terriorist agendas do dishearten the american people....it worked. I doubt I will get on Fox not because of gramatical errors but because I am not sensational. Now if I killed everyone around me.......

Intelligent. Logical. Well said.

So naturally it will not appear on Fox.

They aren't interested in information. They're interested in sensationalism. And I'm sure O'Reily has his mind made up and whenever that happens the last thing he wants is to be presented with any facts.

Nevertheless, I would want nothing more than an articulate spokesman to appear on the show. Best of luck.

Awesome letter Quad. Once again, Nelson is right on. Part of the problem is the news outlets are no longer unbiased and no longer "free". all of these shows are there to accomplish one thing, and that is whatever the government wants them to. You will never see an honest article in The New York Times about AAS. Even ESPN is making me sick with the whole story. Once the toxicology report comes back, I am sure we will find out he was on all kinds of other drugs, but guess what? All of that will be down-played (if it's even mentioned) and once again, AAS will be to blame. As long as Bush is in office, he has an agenda against AAS and everyone is going to follow it.
