what exactly does an abcess feel like??

my boy thinkz he has an abcess. i said itz just a not from the BA in his gear. itz not hot, just a little lump underneath the skiny. feelz almost like a gel pack. that is the best way for me to describe it. anyone help me here??

An abscess would be hot to the touch, painful, and red....just keep an eye on it...it sounds like a pocket of oil.....it should disperse
