I remember it like it was yesterday. I received a call from a friend saying the WTC was hit by a plane. I told him to stop fucking around. Next thing I know the 2nd plane hit. It was mass panic in our office. I remember like it was yesterday cause I used to work in the 71st Fl oor of the South Tower. I had a friend working in the bottom fl of the S. Tower on that day I remember going downtown to pick her up. I remember the 3 hour wait for the ferry . I remember sitting on the ferry and seeing the destruction and horror. I felt like it was in a WWII movie. I thank all of those who fight for our freedom.
