My bulk phase is complete and I am currently dieting. I get sweet cravings all the time. Instead of chowing-down on some junk food, I'd like to satisfy the craving using a healthier approach, such as protein bars. I picked up a few Lean Body bars (mint chocolate chip if you're wondering), and noticed that they contain 12g Sugar and 4g Sugar Alcohol. First of all, what the hell is Sugar Alcohol? And is this too much sugar during a diet, even if I eat 1 bar per day?
