I get this all the time, but I'm a pretty smooth guy so I've never had a problem handling this situation.
Usually what I do is, immediately upon being smiled at by this chick, I do an immediate and dramatic 180 degree turn of my neck to see if there's anyone behind me she might be smiling at(I know there's no one there, this is just for effect). Then I'll turn back around and have my jaw hanging open, at which point I'll point a finger at myself and mouth the words, "you really mean me?" at her. Regardless of whether or not she turns away, I pump my fist usually 2-3 times and nod my head repeatedly followed by a "fuck yeah." Then I'll say to the person closest to me, "did you see that shit?" You just gotta be smooth with the chicks, Frack. It's not hard. No need to be contemptuous of them for whatever their motives may be...just love them.

I smile allll the time at people. Does not matter if they are male or female. If they look grumpy- I'll share a smile with 'em. Seems a lot of folk never smile much now a days!

There is a very noticable difference between a friendly look and smile Vs. a flirtatious "I think you're swell" look and smile. Every single guy needs to recognize the difference.

Now, if she's with a guy its most likely she is just being flirtatious if you get the flirtatious smile/look vs trying to pick you up, since she's with her boyfriend. Remember, for the most part women crave attention and having a boyfriend doesn't change this predisposition.

I don't think it's all that disrespectful to her boyfriend compared to some things I've seen. Once I was carrying on a conversation with a guy I know from the gym at a bar/grill. His fiancee walks up and he introduces her, she immediately caressed my arm and chest while ooohhhing and aaaahhhhing. So I'm immediately thrown into a VERY uncomfortable situation because I didn't want to put HIS fiancee in her place. He turned away as soon as it happened, can't blame him, so I quietly told her," Did I say you could touch me?" She apologized and asked if I used steroids, I looked her up and down, she is very skinny, and asked if she used heroin. That pretty much ended the conversation.

Yeah for fuck's sake..actually I'm a little irritated that you older ladies Pam/Vix think I am mistaking the signals. When I'm walking by and wearing a sleeveless shirt with my hair spiked and a chick with her boyfriend does a double take and then I happen to catch her eye since she's staring and she gives me that hungry sort of look my best guess is that she isn't going to all that trouble to be polite. And look at what you're making me do, I'm starting to sound like high intensity. Besides my face is not boy next door friendly type face if that's what you meant.

Who does not love too ogle at the opposit sex? I take double takes at men all the time in front of my man. It's human nature! He's sly about doing it.(Not that I care but I think he thinks he's getting something over on me) Once again, it's human nature to check out other people.
