All women need to feel wanted and sexy. It is a big ego boost for them to get looked at when at the gym. They don't just want it - they need it. When a woman is at the gym they are very self conscious and need affirmation that they still "have it" and can attract a decent man. If she has to wink at Frackal to get him to watch her and notice her, she will. She is getting her attention needs met. Nothing more than harmless flirting, although i feel uncomfortable when it happens to me.

It happens to me quite often when i go to clubs........and to be honest i do it myself alot too. I love teasing chicks just as they love teasing us.

It's different when a girl at your gym who you see quite regularly smiles at you.......she's just doing it out of friendly courtesy, but when a complete stranger who looks you straight in the eyes and smiles as you walk past her is basically thinking that she wants to be anally pentetrated by you.

The look in a persons eyes can say more about what they're thinking than anything else.

This was honestly an extremely unimpressive and canned 'flame,' but for the record I am 230 with abs and obliques and I don't cycle heavy.

FYI I don't interpret everytime a girl smiles as a sign that she likes me. I am talking about a bedroom eyes type of look that makes the BF bristle if he notices and one that she is giving me that catches my eye. Not when I happen to glance in their direction and they give a polite smile.

Frack this reminds me of arguments between "conspiracy theorists" and their adversaries. And I agree with you. When someone smiles at another, it MEANS something. Would she still smile at you if you were not someone she would consider having sex with if circumstances were different (or not)? My guess is she would NOT smile at you. This is regardless of whether she is doing it conciously or unconciously, or if she THINKS she is just being "friendly" or not.

Every action has a sociosexual effect and meaning, like it or not.

Her smile doesn't mean she is ready to cheat on her boyfriend, but it definitely sends a message and perhaps disrespects her boyfriend a little bit. People who deny this are probably just listening to their conventional sensibilities and not their instincts.

Ok, I'll give you a straight forward example. A couple weeks ago I was getting out of my car at school for class when two girls were walking to their cars on the sidewalk in front of me. They were staring at me with "that look" as they were walking by, and the first chick, the one really staring was like "Oh he's hot" and then they were laughing and saying stuff like "Do you workout alot?" while they were walking away. (note, wasnt really attracted back)

Now, are you going to tell me that the looks they were giving me were simply just polite grins? Horseshit...I almost have to think you guys are purposely bullshitting for some reason, but to claim that a smile is always just a smile is retarded.
