You live in the city? When you worked in RE was it in the city or in surrounding counties? I'm curious how you found the work, people, and setting.

If I would do it again I would head that way too.
I've done a few commercial leases and a land, building, lease dealie but I was in residential not commercial.
Used to live in the City but I moved out east and worked in eastern Lond Island with the real estate.
I like real estate and I would do it again, commercial or residential. I would recommend it to someone if they are a leader type of personality and don't need to wait around for someone else to tell them what to do. You need a streak of hustler and charmer in you while being sharp and up to date on what is going on.
You can make a lot of money in real estate but there are no guarantees and you will be working and hustling a lot but you make it what you want it to be.
The best part about my experience in Real Estate was learning how to write up a binding (what is really binding anyway?) contract/lease and how to read one.
Property Management is hell.
