what do you guys do or take between cycles to keep size and or keep growing

Here's what I think about Glutamine:

"Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle protein."

I follow that.

But... if we're eating MEAT as the largest part of our diet... that's mammal and aviary muscle we're getting...

doesn't that muscle we eat have about the same ratio of amino acids in it... that we do?

And if this is the case, why would you possibly need to supplement with glutamine?

Why would your body ever need to convert essential aminos into glutamine on a large scale, if you get so much from animal flesh?

And dont for a second try to hitch yourelf up with the experienced members of this board. You're just a fool, and everyone know it.

You keep arguing ABOUT the argument, and who is in it...why don't you just put up or shut up? Show me a study saying glutamine is worthless...we both know there is one out there, why don't you find it...so you can back up your statement?

And peyomp...I agree 1000000000%.

wow, this got ugly fast.

I just want to say that Glutamine may or may not work as it's believed to. All "studies" I've seen conducted are for various benefits supposedly claimed to be effected by Glutamine.

The benefits, IN MY OPINION, are fairly minimal when compared to other supplements on the market. It's not going to be a 'magical' supplement like creatine for example.

All I know is that before I ever started the juice, I cut down to 6%BF naturally (165lbs), perserved nearly all my muscle. The only things I used were creatine, glutamine, protein powder & HMB. I was doing excessive cardio and free weights, so something had to be helping.

Bottom line:
If you don't feel it's effective, then don't buy it!
If you feel it may help as some studies claim, and you have the $$$ for it, then go for it.

normally i take a 9 weeker with sust and eq as base. so for me it is 12 weeks on and 12 weeks of. but the time off the first three weeks are clomid, creatine and rest. then 4 weeks on the slin. so i'm 5 weeks totally clean of drugs. lol

liftsiron: You're being ridiculous again. You're asking me to PROVE it doesn't work. But the burden of proof needs to be on the salesman, not me. There is no proof that it DOES work! Do you understand this concept? Which part of NO PROOF is eluding you?

Now prove that you don't have sex with farm animals. Come on. I'm waiting. Prove it. Otherwise I can only conclude that you do.

(Get it bro?)

Nelson, did you just make a joke?:D

I have to copy this down for my quote folder.

Anyways, as to the original question. I haven't done many cycles but am going to use this. A little more rest, shorten my workouts up a little, adjust my caloric intake depending on how much weight I've gained, continue to keep my diet clean, and perhaps use some creatine as a placebo during my clomid while I'm down (before I get flamed, creatine seems to work, I just don't think it's very effective).

I see no reason why doing these things I can't keep a majority of my gains infinitely, since I think gear isn't pushing me above my potential.

Simple solution to keeping gains betwwen cycles:

Training:

Train full body every five days using only multiple joint movements such as the squat, deadlift, chin-up, incline chest press, and dips (this takes a lot of discepline, but well worth it!). This needs to be started 2 weeks after last injection and performed for 4-6 weeks.

Suppliments:

Whey isolate .5g/lb of bodyweight /day
Glutamine 20g/day
Creatine 5-8g/day
BCAA's 3-6g/day
B-complex 100's
Hemp oil/4tbs/day

...and if budget allows

6g/NO2/day
HMB 3-6g/day
phosphetyl serine 600-900mg post workout

Cardio:

Max. 30min once week!

Sleep:

8 hours uninterrupted/night
30 min. nap if possible/day

I have trained both natural and assisted clients for many years now and have the narrowed post-cycle protocol down to this. Try it, give it 4 weeks, you will NOT be dissapointed!

Who are you to refer anyone as as classless, you run your mouth and insult people, then when someone says anything back to you, you cry like the little bitch that you have proven yourself to be. By the way what is an imbecel? I could not find that word in the dictionary. Do you mean imbecile which refers to someone who is really stupid, often pretends to be brighter than he really is. offers statements, but will not back them with any evidence, is a cunt, and has childless temper tantrums.
