Here's what I think about Glutamine:
"Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle protein."
I follow that.
But... if we're eating MEAT as the largest part of our diet... that's mammal and aviary muscle we're getting...
doesn't that muscle we eat have about the same ratio of amino acids in it... that we do?
And if this is the case, why would you possibly need to supplement with glutamine?
Why would your body ever need to convert essential aminos into glutamine on a large scale, if you get so much from animal flesh?
