what do u think is the best fruit?

ok im trying to learn some things about fruits and waht makes certain ones beneficial so i figured this could be the best way. i know the basics just like potassium in bananas, vitamin c in oranges, but nothing else really so what do u think is the best fruit and why? also i know the fruits=fructose=not good for cutting so plz dont just say fruits are bad, haha.
 
apples: rich in fiber and they are very satisfying
berries(nearly all kinds): rich in phytonutrients and fiber, low in calories

Fructose is not bad. A certain amount makes basically no difference with most diets.
 
pears are good! and they will fill ya up oh and i like berries and apples too, i just rotate all of those so i dont get bored
 
I forgot about tomatos. A lot of potassium, relatively low calories, and they taste good.

Bananas are great when not cutting.
 
SmokingHawk is completely correct about blueberries. They have more then double the antioxidants that Spinach does. Rasberries and Blackberries are up there too. Plus they dont have a lot of sugar and have decent fiber. Strawberries are very low in sugar and still have a good amount of antioxidants just not as much as the other berries.
 
The fruits that are low in glycemic turn less to fat. Apples and strawberies.

The fruits good for postworkouts grapes and banna's.
 
blueberries
kiwi
tomatoes
blackcurrant
 
Apples for their fibre, Vitamin C, taste, and the fact they're filling.

Strawberries for the antioxidants, taste great and are flexible (shakes etc.), and because they're one of the cheaper berries.
