OK so I looked over this thread. More then a few of you responded in a manner that is frowned on by the site and what we stand for now.

this is my third cycle and im hearing all kinds of funny shit about sust....take everyday....take once a week......thought motherfuckers would just help out.

sustanon has 4 (sometimes 5) different esters that last different periods of time. Sustanon SHOULD be taken every 3- 4 days. people that wait longer, will wait a litle longer to see results. People that shoot EOD with sustanon are probably running higher doses and are more advanced.
