Shit I spent most of the year trying to gain back what I lost after a pinched nerve in my neck. This time a year ago I was struggling with 70lbs dumbells on bench and now I'm up to 125lbs 6 reps.
Well, it might not sound like much, but I gained 10 lbs of LBM this year which for a skinny guy like myself, is quite an improvement - from 140lbs to 150lbs. And my legs are more cut that ever. I now LIKE wearing tight t-shirts! Thanks!
