What did you guys gain in 2003?

oh yeah i took some pics of me before i started my cycle. i may post them at the end of my cycle along with end of cycle pics.
 
Just being on a "good" HRT program (started in June 2003) and doing nothing else different , as far as eating properly, vitamins, rest, etc., I went from an overtrained 160 lbs. at 9% bodyfat to 177 lbs. at 8- 9% bodyfat.

I remember in some movie, the rule of 3. It was basically if a girl tells you how many guys she has been with, you multiply by 3 to get the right number and if a guy tells you how many girls he has been with you divide by 3 to get the right number.

What I am wondering is, what is the magic number that I need to divide by or subtract here to get peoples correct weight, correct lift spects, etc. Sure there are some big guys on here. But there are also some big fat liars.

Exactly. Remeber the guy who claimed he did side raises with 100's. He even said 100's not 100 lbs total. WTF???
 
jubei, damn. I get called out for claiming some pretty heavy lifts, but laterals with 100's? Holy shit. I can do 5 of them with a 50, if I do them with one arm at a time, but I can't use them with one in each hand (gotta love the bilateral deficit), but 100's? I bet Ronnie Coleman could handle them, but I doubt many bro's on EF can do anything like that. If he claims anything less than 495 on his militaries you know he is lying about the laterals.
 
I was in better shape one year ago, same excuses, but starting my new cycle Jan 1,

I am 54 and want to drop my body fat to below 9%.
