Please tell me what you bought (wasted your money on) for wonderful day that in my opinion resembles a worthless day for shitty stores to make more money through out the year?


Seriously, is there any holiday/ semi holiday where the stores have not twisted it and made it into a "buy all you can" type bullshit day?

Where are the days where getting her something cheap and spending the night romantically with him/her gone? Fucking world is so twisted with spend spend spend it is sick.

Wonder what will happen to valentines day when the economy is completely in the shitter more than it is?!

just a card. . .and i got up early. . .made breakfast for everyone (pancakes. . .batter, couple handfuls of oats, couple scoops of vanilla whey protein, couple eggs, splash of vanilla extract, couple shakes of cinnamon, real maple syrup. . .warmed. . .and real butter). . .then i went to work for a few hours. . .had a sitter last night for the kids. . .took my wife out too our favorite watering hole. . .nothing fancy, just beers and wings. . .nice conversation. . .stared into each others eyes. . .poured a couple drinks in her head. . .then took her home and gave her the best damn two minutes of her day :)

I got no s/o so I went to Sephore and spent $90 on make up one thing I actually want to take back but I almost never do that but dam the eyeshadw is so chalky MAC>Stila

Actually, wish tha owner would have left contact info. I would pay her to pick up Nate and tha panties. I could give her a high five, air pound, mutter something about hoes b4 bros and thank her for ridding my house of filth

If that's how you feel then you don't need someone else to come and take him away. Just kick him out and be done (I thought you had done this - or similar - already).

So true. I got that WHAT'S BEST FOR THA BABY hangup. Unfortuneatly, It seems to be hitting me harder than most. The guilt alone has humbled me.

I guess it depends on how well you can get along in front of the kid whether or not it would end up being better this way or another way.

I had a friend who's parents got along and were civil to each other, but planned to divorce once he finished HS. I think they just ended up staying together though. So, I guess if you can be civil towards each other it might be worth it...even if your kid will still know what's up.

i had edible arrangements sent to her house with a nice card (i write the best cards), we cooked dinner together (lobster, pasta & vodka sauce, asparagus) and then i took her skiing on sat

weekend was in spades

lol, sadly i can tell a difference when my diet goes to shit on weekends

then by friday i'm back to super ripped

eat get huge but less cut on weekends

cut back on monday - friday

repeat
 
We didn't intend to spend anything but we found a pagan store and ended up treating each other and dropping about $100 on herbs, incense some other miscelleanous and sundry stuff.

But the universe has a way of balancing things out. The monthly electric bill is budgeted at $95 and we received a notice that day that PECO doesn't want a payment this month so no need to feel guilty.
