what did you BENCH/DEADLIFT before and after cycle

Interested to see what everybody benched and deadlifted before and after their cycle. i bench 345 / deadlift 400 1 reps . never taken anything but m1t and am intertested in what you all are at. - peace
 
My first cycle I remember I was happy as shit when I reached my goal of getting 225 on the flat bench 12 times, that was when I was 20. This past January, before tearing a ligament in my rotator cuff I was getting 275 on the flat bench for 14 and 315 for 7. I never deadlifted until 2 years ago, deadlifting doesnt bother my rotator cuff so I can still do them, currently getting 405 for 12, 455 for 7, and 500 for 2-3.

I'm in week 2..Going to do chest and triceps in about 15 minutes...

I'm running

500mg of TEST E per week
30mg of DBOL per day for 4 weeks

and thats it bro.
 
When I was natural at age 20/21, I benched 305 for 1 rep, and usually worked out with 225lbs. for 10-12.

I deadlifted 315 for reps of 12 for 3-4 sets regukarly, and maxed out once in a while @ around 375-405. Can't recall exact weight....



That was years ago...

I usually don't like to go too heavy, and only train with the best form possible, and moderate weight. I do like to max once in a while to boost my strength. Sometimes,...reagrdless I work out heavy. Depending on my mood.

Bench now...

work out with 305/15, reps of 10-12.

attempted and got 417 for my best bench to date.


deadlifts- work out with starting 315 still. Going up to 375. Very comfortable with weight. Use very strict form. Going for reps rather than max.
Maxed to date. 447lbs. x 1



negatives, using strict form, and tensing and flexing the muscles all the way through each movement, has always been the reason i have been injury free for so long.

bench.. Added 100lbs but I suck at benching. Went from sucky to mediocre.

deadlift.. 405 x 3 ---> 605 x 3 last time I pulled. 425 max to 655 max.
 
I won't even post how much I bench... It's so fucking embarrassing!!! How can I go up on my bench??? Any suggestions?
 
Start of my cycle I benched 295 for 1 rep (1 week in on EQ). I usually just workout with 205/225 for 10 reps. Deadlift I usually do 315 for 10 reps, haven't maxed. Hopefully this cycle (EQ/winstrol starting week 5) will bump that up.
 
Before cycle was hitting 225x6 my last set. Last Monday I hit 315x6 and I still have two weeks to go. My deadlift was going up fast, but I puled an extensor muscle in my wrist and haven't been able to do them in three weeks, but I did 335x 6 reps last time I did them.
