i would either donate to an animal charity.

I start to sob every time the ASPCA commercial comes on, I have to change the channel or walk away. Ever watch the animal cop shows on animal planet - sigh - what people do to animals is heart breaking.

the rotary foundation. . .among our various projects, we are eradicting the world of polio. . .yes, it still exists. . .but we are down to 4 countries and, as soon as all the cases in those countries are dealt with, polio will no longer exist. . .period. . .

my mom donates a ton of money to animal rescue foundations (reputable good ones).
