For me probably 12-15 right now. I'm just guessing but I do a warm up set of 8 with that usually and it's easy. I know that's not very strong. Chest is a weak point for me. I weigh 200 btw.
27 reps is the most I've done with 225. I'm leg pressing more than I ever have. 1000 pds or 10 plates on each side, whatever that is, for 10 reps and they're not 3/4 reps.
Damn, you guys that are 175 and smaller are pussing out on me! I hit 225 raw when I weighed 123lbs, lol. I can do it for at least 20 reps and I only weigh about 180 now, off-cycle. Smaller guys should be stronger lb for lb, outlift those big fat-asses, midgets rule the gym!!
