What can I eat during Depletion of Glycogen??

Hey,

Anyone who ever done this?

I really wanna try it out and will start to eat 50g of carb/day
from tomorrow till Friday. Obviously will need energy to function
and exercise.. What can I eat besides protein shakes??

I was thinking fat? Like nuts, natural yogurt, sour cream etc..

how much do you weigh? I think you would need a little more than 50 grams, people who try to do this are usually bodybuilders and they usually do it a week or 2 before competition(i think i'm right but if not somebody correct me please) If you do decide to do this be prepared to feel like shittttttttttt!!!!!!!
