deads - my strongest lift and they make me feel like a badass
OHP - finally progressing on it
Dips - Iv always enjoyed dips
Chins - started to be able to do wide grip chins and love them
Smith Behind Neck Press - burns my shoulders
Incline DB - love going heavy on these
Cable Crossover - good stretch and pump
Incline curl - same as above
actually you know what I love every exercise I do otherwise I wouldnt do them...
i forgot leg press, RDL, one arm rows, shrugs, pushdowns, flat db press, face pulls, bent over rows and full squats
