Feel a good zercher night coming on.
 
chest and back wow that is alot is one night. what kind of exercises will you do? i did chest and back with my lil bro once and i was sore for days real bad. but i was using machines and i dont usually use machines.
 
just got in from doing delts, I am so strong it sickens me sometimes, some first rate minge there as well......which was nice
 
back & biceps here.

I use machines normaly onless I go with someone. Chest press, Incline press, Fly, Pulldown, Rows, Rear Delt 4x10-12. 45 Minutes of cardio.

I do if I go when the gym is not to busy otherwise it is just easyer to use the machines. May do deads instead of rear delt see how busy the gym is. I have my track pants on that say cute on the ass I like to stay out of the free weight area when wearing these. :qt:

Sunday night there was some guy at the pub wearing a shirt that said feel me he was alright but not jacked enough for me to go feel him. :qt:

I like them pretty jacked like the wrestler Batista. Some fitness models are kind of small and some power lifters are not defind enough.
 
Walked to the gym (30 min)
Tris & Bis
20 min HIIT on treadmill
Walk home (40 min)
