what kind of feel does their new stuff have? i like some of their old stuff but not everything

im downloading the nessun dorma by manowar and tear of time and farewell letter from crematory

I compared Manowar's cover of Nessun Dorma to a version Pavarotti sang, comparing vocal aptitude, vibrato and similarsuch between the guys.

Being a big Manowar fan, I was, of course, impressed by Eric Adam's ability to stay pretty damn on par with Pavarotti save some of the finer details the famous opera singer is obviously superior at.

No problem! Please feel free to visit and post on the music board here, as I really think it has a lot of potential to be one of our stronger secondary boards. There's some knowledgable people over there, but due to the lack of interest and posting, it moves too slow for the taste of those accostomed to the speed of C&C.

As always, keep an open mind! I'm a die-hard metal fan, but I can still sing along to Brooks and Dunn and Tupac, lol.

Temple of Love is a good song, but the video is kind of lame. Well, it really isn't that bad, it just looks out of place on the NBA video comp I have, as there's these two Crematory videos between the likes of Dismember and Gorefest. Then again, a Death Metal band making a music video of a love song probably isn't the easiest thing in the world to produce, lol.

And don't listen to what the sheep out there might say, Lacuna Coil was doing that style long before Amy Lee and that Effervesence band were doing it.

There are uncanny similarities between Lacuna Coil and Evanescence, though...
