Hey guys,
I'm a semi newbie here and wanted to get your opinion on what essential vitamins a lifter should take. From what I can gather so far Most people seem to take the common multi and add in vitamin E and Vitamin C tabs. Would it be beneficial to add in calcium, and what about an A+D combo (saw this one recommended in a few posts, but not exactly sure the benefits of it). Thanks in advance
