Increased sensitivity of the nipples and area around when pressed or touched lightly. Increased puffiness. And NTBM sells a decent shampoo to help. I forgot the active ingredient and the name. But just visit the site and search and you will find it.

Great. I assume it has a dht blocker. Ik they have pills also but they may b a little more expensive. But im defiantly going to look into the shampoo...

I like adex a lot. 1mg eod works well personally when on around 500mg oof test

I always have Letro on hand since it works fast, in case of any gyno issues. Forma is my on cycle AI of choice though

I am not to sure if I may even need any AI while on cycle but I would like to have some just incase the gyno/water retention becomes unbearable. I heard Armidex is one of the best? It will b 2 shots Monday n Thursday kg 250 mg test e.

aromasin and arimidex are more preventative... letro is a gyno killer... if you don't already have gyno or gyno issues then aromasin, dex or forma is fine man... if you have gyno then letro is going to be the assassin...
