what AI to have ready just in case

Hi I will be running test only at 500 mg a week with some hcg , I wonder if AI is needed and which one to have handy in case gyno appears?

Always keep all ancillaries needed on hand, I prefer aromasin, easier to dose and more forgiving in case of improper dosing.

You don't want to just have it on hand. You want to start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT.

The best choice of AI is aromasin.

Your test at 500mg is a good dose.

HCG is a terrible idea.

An AI is a great idea but start it from day 1 of your cycle. It is much easier to prevent gyno than to try and get rid of titties. Some guys like zinergy above know their bodies and can get away without using their AI. They can just keep it on hand. Unless you know that I would recommend using it from day 1.
