Sure there is. You are presenting this argument that Charlie Manson should get off, because he didn't commit any murders.

Do you know what he did? He basically brainwashed a group of people. He was their leader, so to speak. What he said, they did. And don't say he didn't commit any crimes. He was at the crime scenes. He tied up his victims. He walked out, and simply told his followers to kill them.

He wanted to pull of huge crimes. He wanted people to die. He wanted to be responsible for their demise.

Although I think you are presenting some good thoughts along the way, comparing Rammstein to Charles Manson is purely invalid.

yes, for the love of God yes, it's called conspiring to commit murder. If I called up a hit man to kill someone I still get charged with murder or conspiring to commit murder.

Did ramstein contact the kids and tell them to go kill students in columbine? Was there an agreement between the columbine shooters and Ramstein? If ramstein and the shooters CONSPIRED to kill students in that highschool then Ramstein would be charged.

Well they contacted them through their music so yes to that question.

Was there an agreement? This I don't know other than the killer kids agreeing to do what they heard in their song.

Did they conspire together no I doubt that the kids got in contact with rammstein. So maybe not on this one.

So I guess rammstein is off scott free. They got away with telling someone to murder and didn't get time for it.

Now I am back to writing my how to make a bomb song to blow up a govt buiding and I have made a mental note to myself just not to talk with the fans about actually doing it so I won't go to jail either.

Don't get so touchy nature. I will just change my words to say I am going to make a bomb like this and I am going to blow up a federal building. (to the possible feds that may be monitoring I have no intention of doing this this is just for example to make a point to nature boy)
