They would basically give him a lift off and then drop 275 on him. He never could press the weight without a considerable spot. But he always claimed he could do it and more. I work with one of the guys who used to drop the weight on him and told him that I saw Moron Boy struggling with 155 last night. He told me that the guy had hurt his shoulder. Milk crates are dangerous!! They will break when benching heavy weight (150lbs or more).. It is better to go into the step aerobics room and get a few step blocks.... Remember SAFETY FIRST!!!

true I need to keep that in mind as my body weight and mass increase from all the Muscle Tech!! I'll be at 150lbs in a few months so I need to think about shit like that- thanks!
 
You know what is really sad...

So many guys in my gym do this...
"By rep 3 I could tell I was nearing muscle failure but wanted to really feel the burn. Anyway I remember hearning guys grunt when they were lifting heavy so I gave it a try & MAN THAT SHIT WORKS!! Between my new pringplate and screaming and my buddy doing High pulls I was able to get 6 reps( a new personal best- man MUSCLE TECH KICKS ASS!!) "

They do this on the first rep, with their spotter who is having a hernia trying to help......

P.S. I wish sternums were weaker, half the guys in my gym would be dead already...
