I hurt my rotator cuff benching a couple of weeks ago. Here's exactly what happened if interested

http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=164847

So at the doc today the dumb broad gives me ceebrex(anti- inflamatory) and tells me to not workout for at least a week. If not better then to come back and maybe get a PT.

I am on my last week of tren, then was planing to start comid therapy. I know how important getting in the gym is to keeping gains.

My question is this, should I do anothr couple weeks of tren to help keep mass or just bite the bullet and stop, risking losing everything.

I can anage to do some upper body excercises, but no pressing movements. Also the movements I can do could be further complicating things.

What do I do guys?

Thanx Bros!!!

Well Hardrock Your in a tough spot,
I did a similar thing last winter and ended up with rotator cuff surgery The end of Feb. I would push for an MRI that is the only thing that will let you know whats up. After the results you can make a better decision how to proceed. I avoided pressing movements in the gym but I started to develop problems in my trap and neck. The trap and levator were over working stabilizing the sholder in all movents........Sorry for not giving you good news
Hopefully someone with with more experance can answer the your Tren question. All I can tell ya is Rest and get The MRI ASAP
I would not worry so much about my gains It's truly amaizing how fast your gains come back afetr you healthy

Don't stop cold turkey..but definitely taper off now and bite the bullet..hard I know..but definitely the better idea...Go back to your doc immediately and tell him/her you want x-rays and an MRI (say it hurt a lot when you woke up or something)and dont mess around with doc's..get referred to a shoulder specialist..even a PT could put you on a rehab program for the wrong reasons..get the tests and the root of the problem..you may actually just need some rehab..but you want to be sure. As for your cycle...if you cant put 100% into your workouts..you won't get 100% out of your gear. In my opinion..you want the best possible environment for taking gear and making gains. Never a good idea just to randomly take some gear and put on a few random pounds. If you plan on hitting it hard in the future..you'll thank yourself for taking care of it now...Good Luck!!!

Any other opinions?

I really wanna get through this without sacraficing too much.

BTW, I called right after making this thred to make another appointment with my regular doctor. Hopefully he will just give me the damn MRI or at least a fuckin X-ray.

Try swithing to something like EQ or deca, its just my experience(nothing scientific) but both have seemed to help with healing my injuries and keeping most of my mass. Fina might even be better actually at this but I haven't tried for those reasons. I had shoulder surgery for biceps tendon impingement and almost had a rotator tear and got on some EQ and Test right after the surgery and my P.T.s were amazed at how fast I healed and how little upper body weight I lost.

Good Luck

Thats exactly what I was wondering. The thing is I am coming off a 12 week cycle with 8 weeks of tren already. I dunno if continuing the tren or adding something like deca is going to just cause more probs, like shutting me down really hard?
