Went to court today

I was awarded sole custody. She talked to a few attorneys and I guess they told her that if everything in my petition was accurate she wouldn't win. My atty walked her through everything and she agreed to it. I saw her financials and I can't ask her for support. One thing that pisses me off is this asshole is living with her rent free while she's struggling and can barely take care of my kid. After everything was done and we were walking to our cars she said that I was a strain on their relationship because I don't think it's appropriate for him to be there with my daughter. After the vomit incident I had a few friends that wanted to tune him up and I had told her that, but other than that I never said anything other than I just don't respect the guy and doubt I ever will.

It's such a relief to have it all done and I appreciate all of you so much. You have no idea how good I feel to have this taken care of. The stress it's caused has been unbelievable.
