well it turns out I lost the rest of my sus I'm 3 weeks into a 500mg/week cycle and I'm already a day late to inject.
I can't get anymore sus for three days that's four days behind schedule.

Should I give myself an extra ml when I get it?

yes.. sust has a long half life.. being 1/2 a week behind schedule wont matter
