I'm genuinely concerned.

You see, I'm not the normal train three times a week sorta guy. If I train I do it every day and at full 120% intensity.

Now, I'm sure this isn't good for my follicles. But if I limit my sessions to 30 minutes I'd be able to get the benefits without the cortisol being released. However, I'm still concerned about the DHT...
 
I'd also like to know whether it would help to wear a hat while lifting to keep the follicles warm.

Also what type of hat would be best. Would a nice Panama be preferable to a balaclava, for example, or should one go all the way and wear proper Hazmat headgear?

I'm sorry you feel the need to mock me. I guess you would be one of those 'golf ball' shouters.

Just out of interest. Do you have MPB in your family and if so, how long have you been training and have you gone bald at alll?

i don't know about follicles... but that's not good for your muscles either!

why? surely if you do weights daily with different bodyparts you're gonna see rewards?

Only on my father's side so I'm safe. My cousin has been as bald as a coot since his mid-twenties. I told him to take up lifting but he wouldn't listen.

I'm aghast that you would consider my inquiry into lifting headgear to be scurrilous. It's a well-known aphorism that if you want to get a head you should get a hat. Logically, if you want a full head then a larger hat would be a good idea.
