I'm genuinely concerned.
You see, I'm not the normal train three times a week sorta guy. If I train I do it every day and at full 120% intensity.
Now, I'm sure this isn't good for my follicles. But if I limit my sessions to 30 minutes I'd be able to get the benefits without the cortisol being released. However, I'm still concerned about the DHT...
