When you quote how much you weigh, when have you taken this measurement?
I weigh myself first thing in the morning, post-toilet and pre-food/drink.
Today I weighed in at 174. I'm up 4 pounds since the start of the month. My goal is to weigh 185 by the start of August (gain 5 pounds in each of May, June and July). Looking on track
